What do you need to write a multi-state account?

We must have a completed Workers' Compensation ACORD Application, 3 Years of Current Losses (if applicable), and the Experience Mod Worksheet (if applicable). please fax to (972) 934-4299.

What is your turnaround time on a quote?

Answer

Normal turnaround time on a quote is usually within a few days if all necessary information is received.

How many days in advance can you quote?

Answer

We can quote up to 60 days in advance.



Question

What is needed to bind a Workers Compensation policy through MarketScout?

Answer

We will need:

  • Written Confirmation of binding (email or fax
  • Completed and signed WC Acord Application
  • 5 Years Current Losses (if applicable)
  • Experience Mod Worksheet (if applicable)
  • And, you must be an approved agency through MarketScout; contact your MarketScout underwriter for instructions

How is the billing handled within the ACE Complete program?

Answer

Payments are handled through multiple direct billing plans. The insured is direct billed.

How are claims reported in the ACE Complete program?

Answer

The insured can utilize a nationwide toll-free number: 866-840-1ACE (1223) to report claims.
